Leadership Placement is continuously engaged in interviewing strategies and networking with top-level employed candidates not usually accessible through traditional recruiting methods. Our strategic recruiting services deliver accomplished professionals to your doorstep who have the expertise you need to meet your business objectives.
Organizations often have a critical need to fill a position immediately. Leadership Placement can deliver results quickly through a retained search. The retained search has a dedicated consultant working on the search to find a particular executive for a specific position. The payment structure will be an agreed upon flat fee. A small portion of that fee is paid at the start of the search assignment, with the remainder paid upon acceptance of the offer.
Leadership Placement handles contingency searches in rare cases and limited in duration to no more than two weeks. The contingency search agreement is an option whereby a candidate presented by Leadership Placement enters into a working relationship with your organization. The fee is paid by the company at the conclusion of the search assignment, and is contingent upon the successful placement of the candidate.
